Event Cancellation Policy (Workshops/Training):

If cancellation is made on or before the Early Registration Cutoff Date, a full refund less a $100.00 processing fee will be given. After the cut-off date, registration fees become a credit for future workshops within one year of event date.

Gift Certificate Refund & Cancellation Policy:

All gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable. Gift certificates can be used toward any services at Best Marriages and never expire unless otherwise stated. If you need to reschedule an appointment booked with a Gift Certificate, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid any deductions from the Certificate’s value. Gift certificates are transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash.

Cancellation Policy for Marathon & Extreme Intensive Counselling Sessions:

Our Extreme Multi-Hour Sessions and Intensive Multi-Day Marathon Counselling Sessions are designed to give you focused, uninterrupted time to work deeply on your relationship or personal growth. Because we reserve this time exclusively for you, we kindly ask for a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, with less than 3 weeks’ notice, we’re unable to fill these extended time slots, so the session will be charged in full.

Thank you for understanding and helping us keep these specialized sessions available for those who need them most.

Cancellation Policy for Individual, Couples and Family Counselling Sessions:

We know that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. Your appointment time is reserved just for you, so we kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. To help us accommodate all clients who may be waiting for support, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to Individual or Couples Counselling Sessions:

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed sessions will be charged the full session fee.
